Welcome to the Women, Work and Value project blog. Our network funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council, explores the history of women’s work in postwar Europe, with a particular interest in the ways it has been valued, measured and represented. We define ‘work’ in the broadest possible sense, including unpaid and domestic work as well as work outside the home.

We’ll be using this space to report back from our workshops, hear more from our members, and explore opportunities for communicating with groups and individuals outside the university. Thanks to our undergraduate Public Engagement intern, Graihagh Goode, for setting it up!
